The holder of each ticket agrees to comply with the rules and regulations of Bangladesh Cricket
Board and it's commercial obligations towards sponsors.
BCB will not be liable for any compensation/refund/replacement in the event of the ticket being
lost, stolen or damage.
The following items are banned inside the stadium premises & stands: Video Cameras,
professional Still cameras, flagsticks, Vuvuzelas, mirrors, knives, cans, all kinds of bottles
with caps or corks, glass bottles with or without caps & corks, whistles, matches, lighters,
cigarettes, firearms, laser pointers, flares, explosives, firecrackers and any other object that
is considered dangerous and threatening to the players, spectators and security personnel.
BCB is not responsible for any personal loss, accidental injury or damage incurred in the
stadium premises and stands.
In the event of the match being rescheduled, this ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled
match. However, there is no refund provision in such circumstances.
In case of abandonment following the start of the match ticket will be canceled and refund will
not be applicable.
In case of match is canceled or called-off without a ball being bowled ticket will be canceled
and refund will not be applicable.
Each ticket must always be available for inspection.
BCB reserves the right of refusing entry of evicting the holder of ticket if the person is
deemed to be a security hazard or threat or public nuisance.
Food/drinks from outside are not allowed.
Unauthorized Branding shall not be permitted inside or outside the corporate/hospitality box
and in the stands.
The BCB is committed to taking every step in its power to prevent and eradicate corrupt
practices in cricket. Any sort of betting is prohibited within the stadium premises and
obligation of the holder of this ticket to submit himself to the Law Enforcing Authorities and
Anti-Corruption Officials of BCB for such corrupt conduct.
All stands of the stadium are No-Smoking areas.
Ticket holder must abide by the ICC Anti-Discrimination Policy and it shall be a breach of the
terms and conditions of entry to the venue for any ticket-holder to engage in any conduct
(whether through the use of language, gestures or otherwise) which is likely to offend, insult,
humiliate, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify any other person (including players, match
officials or spectators) on the basis of their race, religion, culture, colour, descent,
nationality, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status and/or
maternity status. Such action will not be tolerate and is likely to result in ejection from the
venue, the imposition of other sanctions, such as being banned from the venue in the future and
possible further action including criminal prosecution.
Physical Ticket must be collected by showing online “Ticket Code” from the designated ticket
booth.

Return & Refund Policy
This policy only applies to tickets purchased through this website.
After a ticket purchase has been confirmed and verified, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB)
does not permit and will not be held responsible for any compensatory refunds or returns.
The processed tickets must be physically collected by you from the designated ticket booths. If
the ticket is not collected within the specified time frame, ticket will be forfeited and
obsolete
